Vintage Japanese kiji-guruma / kiji guruma folk craft set featuring a carved and painted wooden pheasant cart design. Set includes a bolo-style necktie or pendant with braided black cord and metal tips, plus a matching small pin/brooch. Both pieces are hand-carved/hand-painted wood with wheeled cart forms. Comes with original decorative box and Japanese paper insert. The box label identifies it as 雉子車 / kiji-guruma, a traditional Japanese regional folk toy/souvenir associated with Shimizu Kannon and Kyushu folk craft. Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. Light storage wear to the box and paper. The wooden pieces show minor handcraft irregularities and light wear consistent with age. Please review all photos for details.
