Welcome to Growth Metaverse (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website growthmetaverse.in and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us
Growth Metaverse Private Limited is an Indian Information Technology company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered at:

We provide end-to-end digital solutions including Web & App Development, AI & Automation, CRM Systems, Digital Marketing, Cloud & API Integration, and UI/UX Design.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- If acting on behalf of a company, you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms
3. Services
Growth Metaverse provides the following services:
- Web & App Development
- AI & Automation Solutions
- CRM & Business Automation
- Digital Growth & Marketing
- Cloud & API Integration
- UI/UX & Web Designing
The scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate Service Agreement, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the client prior to commencement of work.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, content, and feedback as required
- Ensure timely availability of key stakeholders for approvals and reviews
- Make payments as per the agreed schedule
- Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Ensure that any content or materials provided to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Generally:
- An advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per milestone schedule
- Invoices are payable within 7 business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
5.2 Late Payments
In case of delayed payments beyond the due date, Growth Metaverse reserves the right to:
- Suspend work or access to deliverables until payment is received
- Charge a late payment fee as specified in the service agreement
- Terminate the project after due notice
5.3 Taxes
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Taxes will be charged as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership of Deliverables
Upon receipt of full payment, the client shall own the final deliverables created specifically for them under the project. Until full payment is received, all work remains the intellectual property of Growth Metaverse.
6.2 Our Intellectual Property
All pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, code libraries, methodologies, and processes developed by Growth Metaverse remain our exclusive intellectual property. We may use these in client projects under a limited, non-exclusive license.
6.3 Portfolio Rights
Growth Metaverse reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical data, client lists, pricing, and project details. This obligation shall survive the termination of any agreement for a period of 2 years.
8. Revisions and Change Requests
The number of revisions included in a project is defined in the service agreement. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope will be treated as change requests and may attract additional charges and timeline extensions. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
9. Project Delays
Growth Metaverse will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Late or incomplete information provided by the client
- Delayed approvals or feedback from the client
- Third-party dependencies outside our control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, etc.)
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Growth Metaverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from services provided
11. Warranties and Disclaimers
Growth Metaverse warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic, or revenue results from digital marketing services
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of developed software or websites
- Compatibility with all third-party systems or future software updates
Our website and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in the service agreement.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
12.1 Cancellation by Client
If the client wishes to cancel a project:
- Written notice must be provided to Growth Metaverse
- Payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date is due
- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
12.2 Cancellation by Growth Metaverse
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make payments, or engages in conduct that is harmful or unlawful. In such cases, a prorated refund for unused services may be issued at our discretion.
13. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
14. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (e.g., payment gateways, cloud services, AI tools, CRM platforms). Growth Metaverse is not responsible for the availability, performance, or terms of such third-party services. Any issues arising from third-party platforms must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the project contract. Upon termination:
- All outstanding payments become immediately due
- Each party shall return or destroy confidential information of the other party
- Ownership of deliverables will be governed by the payment status at the time of termination
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
Growth Metaverse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
